Early bird registration deadline: May 31, 2024; 23:59 CEST, technically no extension possible

Regular registration deadline: July 14, 2024; 23:59 CEST, technically no extension possible

Late registration deadline: August 25, 2024; 23:59 CEST, technically no extension possible

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Registrations cancelled before the end of early bird registration (31.05.2024) will be fully refundable.
• 50% of the registration fee will be refundable after 1.6.2024 and before 31.07.2024.
• Registrations cancelled after 01.08.2024 are non-refundable.
